Diese Ferienwohnung in einem Wohngebiet gleich außerhalb des historischen Stadtkerns bietet das perfekte Gleichgewicht zwischen praktischer Lage und Wohnkomfort. Piazza del Campo ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder Parkplätze vor den Stadttoren in 5 Minuten Fahrt erreichbar, ebenso die Hauptverkehrswege ins Chianti-Gebiet, nach Florenz, San Gimignano, oder ins südlich gelegene Val d’Orcia.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten unterhalb des Hauses sind einer der Hauptvorteile dieser Fewo: die zentrale Lage außerhalb der verkehrsberuhigten Zone bedeutet, bequem ins Zentrum zu kommen und problemlos Ausflüge in der Umgebung unternehmen zu können.
Die Penthouse-Wohnung im 4. und obersten Stock (mit Aufzug) bietet großzügige Innenräume und zwei private Dachterrassen mit Blick auf die Landschaft: Die eine ist mit einer Laube und einem professionellen Grill ausgestattet und ideal zum Essen im Freien, auf der anderen laden Sonnenliegen und eine überdachte Sitzecke zum Entspannen ein.
Diese Fewo ist auch ein Stück Familiengeschichte. Das Haus wurde in den 1950er Jahren vom Großvater der Eigentümerin erbaut: unten befand sich seine Arbeitsstätte, in der obersten Etage die Familienwohnung. Vor einigen Jahren hat die Eigentümerin, eine Architektin, eine sorgfältige Renovierung vorgenommen und die Räumlichkeiten spezifisch auf die Bedürfnisse internationaler Gäste abgestimmt.

Der offen angelegte, geräumige Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küchenzeile mit Klimaanlage lädt zum geselligen Beisammensein, Essen und Entspannen ein. Auch der große alte Esstisch hat seine besondere Geschichte: er gehörte dem legendären Sänger Domenico Modugno, Interpret des Welthits "Volare“ (Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu).
Die komplett ausgestattete Küche ist ideal für die tägliche Nutzung, auch bei längeren Aufenthalten: Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Espresso-Maschine (A Modo Mio Lavazza) und Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler und Eiswürfelbereiter, sowie alles von Kochgeschirr bis zu Weingläsern, .
Das Apartment umfasst 4 geräumige Schlafzimmer:

Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, und zwei ein eigenes Bad. Insgesamt stehen damit drei Bäder mit Dusche zur Verfügung, ausgestattet mit Haartrocknern.
Für den zusätzlichen Komfort der Gäste sind auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und Bügelbrett/-eisen vorhanden.
Die beiden Panoramaterrassen bieten einladende Außenbereiche mit insgesamt gut 80 m² Fläche, zwei Lauben und Grill - perfekt, um es sich abends nach einem Stadtbummel oder einem Ausflug gemütlich zu machen.

Excellent place to stay. Very spacious and the views are amazing. This was our last stop and we truly enjoyed the property. We visited 4 VRBOs/cities and this place was the best by far.

Great space with tons of different spots to kick back and relax. Having 4 bathrooms was definitely a huge plus! The location was super easy to find, and there was plenty of great street parking right in front of the building. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. To top it all off, the Best of Mas team has been absolutely fantastic: super responsive and ready to organize everything we asked for, from airport transfers to a private chef. Highly recommend!

I could not be more pleased with our recent stay at the Casamia apartment! The penthouse was incredibly comfortable, well-kept, and situated in a great location. It had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxed stay, and the view from the terrace offered a peaceful, beautiful start to each day. Plus, getting to downtown Siena was incredibly easy, which made sightseeing and dining out so convenient.
Francesca and her amazing staff were attentive and responsive to every single question we had. Their communication was seamless and professional, making check-in and our entire stay completely smooth. They also arranged a private tour of the Montepulciano area for our group of six—it was thoughtfully organized and perfectly executed!
If we are lucky enough to visit this special part of the world again, we will definitely choose Francesca and her wonderful tBest of mas Team! Grazi!

Enjoyed our 3 day visit to Siena. Casamia Penthouse is an awesome place, exactly as described,Wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub and terraces but it was chilly and rainy! Did have difficulty finding the place but Sabrina was awesome helping us!! Very clean, bed very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, centrally located. Would definitely stay there again!!

Nuestra estancia en casa de Francesca en Siena fue una experiencia inolvidable. Fue una anfitriona excelente: cálida, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Lo que más destacamos fue el itinerario personalizado que nos preparó para visitar los mejores viñedos de la zona. Gracias a sus recomendaciones, pudimos conocer y disfrutar lo mejor de la Toscana.
