The villa has been carefully renovated to preserve its original features while creating bright, comfortable interiors.
Exposed stone walls, terracotta floors, and wooden beams define the space, complemented by a mix of restored antiques and contemporary pieces. The result is a home that feels both refined and welcoming, with a strong connection to its surroundings.
Just steps from the house, the private swimming pool becomes a central part of the experience, it is surrounded by lawn and fully fenced for privacy: 16m × 7 m size it is ideal for both swimming and relaxing
It is accessible through the traditional loggia, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Wi-Fi available in the pool area
The covered loggia acts as an additional living space, a place for morning coffee, long lunches, and evenings spent outdoors, overlooking the garden and surrounding vineyards.

Guests are invited to visit the private cellar and enjoy a guided tasting of estate wines, offering a direct connection to the land and its traditions. It’s a simple, authentic experience that reflects the spirit of Chianti.

The entrance to the villa is through a small hall that, like the rest of the villa, has a Tuscan tradition, with a terracotta ceiling and wooden beams. It is furnished with some antique pieces. There is also a bathroom with a Victorian bathtub with a handheld shower, and a separate shower as well.

The villa is designed to offer both shared living areas and private rooms, each with its own character and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, designed for both everyday use and shared meals: Induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, ice machine, toaster, Large double refrigerator-freezer in a walk-in pantry, generous wooden dining table for group meals


The main living room, centred around an original Tuscan fireplace, offers a comfortable space to relax, especially in the cooler months.
The covered loggia is the heart of the villa: it extends the living space outdoors and is one of the villa’s defining features: a large dining table with ambient lighting, a built-in stone barbecue and sink and open views over the pool, garden, vineyards, and olive groves
