Accommodating up to 12 guests, the villa boasts six elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, two cozy TV rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, two inviting dining rooms, and four spacious living rooms. Music lovers will delight in the presence of a grand piano.

The villa is mainly composed of two buildings; a third one is reserved for Nunzia and her husband, who take care of the daily cleaning and the garden.Always discreet yet attentive, they’ll be available throughout your stay to make sure every detail is just perfect.
You enter through a beautiful courtyard that leads to the ground floor of the villa’s main building. From a spacious living room, you can access both the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, tastefully furnished in an authentic Tuscan style. The owner, Alessandro, has restored this estate impeccably, preserving its timeless Tuscan soul while ensuring every modern comfort and convenience.

A grand living room opens onto the garden and a second open courtyard, featuring an exquisite antique stone floor and comfortable outdoor sofas — the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of fine wine as the sun sets. From here, you reach the second building, where a magnificent fireplace warms the atmosphere. If you wish to spend an evening surrounded by music, you can play the piano that stands in this charming brick-arched room.

The living room leads to the dining area, which opens onto the garden and the covered veranda through two large glass doors. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing lunches and dinners with family and friends, as well as for hosting special events or weddings.

Upstairs, six spacious bedrooms — each with its own private bathroom — are beautifully decorated in an authentic Tuscan style and all feature air conditioning. On the ground floor of both buildings, there are two additional guest toilets. Stone floors, exposed wooden beams, brick archways, and newly restored wooden fixtures make this residence a place of true charm an authentic Tuscan country estate that blends history, beauty, and comfort.
The swimming pool is open from May 3rd to 17th October and is carefully cleaned every morning at 7 a.m., so you can start each day with a refreshing swim in perfectly clear, sparkling water.
