Descripción
Ubicada en un pequeño caserío rural pero totalmente independiente, la villa ofrece privacidad y la atmósfera de paz del campo toscano. Rodeada por un jardín privado, la propiedad disfruta de vistas panorámicas de colinas y viñedos: el tipo de paisaje que hace que la Toscana sea inolvidable, especialmente al atardecer.
La vida al aire libre es una parte esencial de la experiencia aquí. El jardín cuenta con una terraza techada y una zona de comedor a la sombra donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse, compartir cenas al aire libre y disfrutar de los colores cálidos del cielo toscano mientras el sol se pierde tras las colinas.
La casa ofrece el encanto de la arquitectura tradicional toscana junto con espacios confortables, diseñados para vacaciones relajadas en familia o con amigos.
Claudio y Angélica viven cerca y siempre están felices de ayudar a los huéspedes si lo necesitan. También producen su propia miel local y se encargan de dar la bienvenida personalmente a su llegada.

Descripción Interior
Dos habitaciones se encuentran en la planta baja, incluida una diseñada para ser accesible para personas con movilidad reducida. Las otras dos habitaciones están en la planta superior, ofreciendo espacios tranquilos y cómodos para el descanso.
La planta baja también cuenta con una amplia sala de estar una gran cocina tradicional toscana con una mesa de comedor larga, ideal para compartir comidas una cocina totalmente equipada con estufa de inducción, horno, refrigerador, congelador, microondas, cafetera Lavazza A Modo Mio, tetera, tostadora y utensilios de cocina, un cuarto de lavado con lavadora
Toda la villa cuenta con aire acondicionado para garantizar la comodidad durante los meses más calurosos.
En el exterior, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del jardín privado y la pérgola cubierta, ideal para cenar al fresco y relajarse con el aire puro del campo.
El hidromasaje privado está disponible del 1 de abril al 30 de octubre. Durante los meses de invierno, se puede habilitar bajo petición con un costo adicional. Se aceptan mascotas bajo petición (cargo adicional de €150 a pagar en efectivo).

The owner will not make you access in the property, without security deposit to be paid and passport information shared with him: By Italian law, all the owners of any villa or apartment, has to verify Id Passport of any guest and register the informations, on a Special private area of Police department.
The following costs may be requested after the booking:

Tourist tax 2.00€ per person per day: Tourist tax is always required for up to 12 years old for each month of stay and has to paid in cash upon arrival: credit card payment will not be accepted.

Capanna di ElfThe villa was a perfect place, providing our group with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was immaculately clean, and even better than the photos. We cooked in for dinner two nights and enjoyed both outdoor patio spaces. Angelica was a perfect host greeting us on arrival and departure. We hope to come back again!

The best Villa ever!! Everything about it was perfect. From the owners, to the animals (hens and ducks and rabbits) on the property not to mention the best accommodations and the properties flowers and grounds were gorgeous.
Highly recommended for group stays. You will not be disappointed. We all loved the location as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Angelica and Claudio have thought of everything when renovating this barn into a modern yet authentic villa. Angelica was always available to help us with questions about our stay and also recommend places to visit and eat. Sitting at the table looking at the views, listening to the chickens was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for 7 people.

Traumhafte Villa – absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren zu sechst und hatten mehr als genug Platz – die Villa hat uns von Anfang an begeistert. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles war bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Wer eine top Unterkunft mit herzlichem Empfang sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gerne wieder!

Our family had an amazing time staying at Capanna di Elfo in Siena. The villa was perfect in every way and our hosts Angelica and Claudio were very attentive. Francesca and Ambra of Best of Mas were wonderful. They coordinated two exceptional wine tours, which included their driver, Luca, as our chauffeur for the day. They listened to our wine preferences and chose wineries that offered both white and red selections to accommodate our groups’ preferences. Each winery presented beautiful charcuterie boards with the tastings.
They also arranged a family dinner at the villa with Chef Ricardo. He was excellent and spent time explaining his cooking techniques and showing our granddaughter how to make homemade Tagliatelle. The meal was outstanding.
Francesca and Ambra were really great to work with and I would highly recommend using Best of Mas when planning a trip to Italy.

Capanna di Elfo seems like it was perfectly designed for us. Every bedroom had an ensuite bath, the kitchen had everything you could need, the décor was authentic and homey, and the views from the property were breathtaking! Claudio and Angelica were perfect hosts and even though we don't speak Italian and they speak little English, we made it just fine with Google Translate!
Oh Jeff, to meet you and your friend has been for us a real pleasure: not enough the time spent together, we hope to have a second chance to have you as our guests.
What is it sure, is that you arrived as guests and you have departed as friends.

The home couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Angelica greeted us when we arrived and was always available for us if there was anything we needed. The home location made it very easy for us to travel to several parts of the Tuscany area with ease. I had no issues and would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the Tuscany area. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back to the Tuscany area.
Private feedback : Francesca Was great for not only setting up the property. She handled all the transfers for my whole family and rental cars to be at the home when we arrived. Everything that was set up was just perfect. I would highly recommend Best of Mas for any of your travel needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Capanna Di Elfo! The owners, Angelica & Claudio, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This villa is beautiful, comfortable and the views are spectacular in all directions! Francesca & Ambra from Best of Mas stopped by on our first night at the villa to welcome us. Without a doubt, Capanna Di Elfo was our favorite rental in 40 years of travel and the Best of Mas team is unbeatable! We will return to this spectacular villa!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at this villa -- the hosts were incredibly responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out! And the home was incredibly comfortable and just as advertised. I recommend this villa to anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing Tuscany experience.
