Casale del Timignano, Private Villa with Huge Garden and Pool

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful and remote place with plenty of space, this is the house for you. The team of Best of Mas, was very attentive and responsive. When we encountered a minor issue with the pool, they addressed it immediately, and we were able to enjoy it throughout our stay. The only point to be aware of is that the internet connection can be unreliable, this likely related to the house’s remote location rather than the property itself. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed the house and its surroundings.

The villa is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It’s perfect for large groups of family or friends who want to spend quality time together. Surrounded by nature, it’s an ideal place to celebrate birthdays or other special occasions, as you can enjoy yourselves until late at night without disturbing any neighbours.

The pool area is lovely, although it could benefit from better lighting in the evening. It would also be a nice addition if a Bluetooth speaker or sound system were available for guests to use.

The management team were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

One aspect that could be improved is the security deposit, which currently has to be paid in cash before check-in. A more convenient payment method would be appreciated.

One piece of advice for future guests: make sure to close the parasols if they have been left open. If they are blown over by the wind overnight and become damaged, you may be held responsible for the cost, even if they were already open when you arrived.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Genuinely one of the best villa/holiday we had been on :) so close to Siena, Florence, and other little towns to visit. Couldn’t recommend it enough - the only thing I would say is that there isn’t air con it’s just fans so the villa was very hot at night. Would 1000% return we had the best time!!!

We booked this place for a friends trip and the accommodation was perfect to accommodate two families in the separate apartments and 3 couples in the other bedrooms. We booked the place for its privacy, and spacious outdoor space which did not disappoint. The Google Maps pictures do not do this place justice. When staying here you will certainly need a car and there isn’t anything close to walk to. But if you are looking for your own place with no neighbors close by and to accommodate a large group, it is perfect.

Pasamos 6 días un grupo familiar de 10 integrantes, entre 15 y 86 años. estuvimos muy cómodos con los cuartos existentes. La cocina cuenta con equipamiento y comodidades para cocinar a todo el grupo.
El parque y jardin están muy bien mantenidos y se pueden aprovechar la piscina en días calurosos (no está operada).
La ubicación es buena contando con auto y el entorno es muy agradable para caminatas, la vía Francigena pasa por el fondo de la propiedad.

We had the most amazing experience with Best of Mas while planning my friend’s hen do at Il Timignano, everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Before the trip, I had a Zoom call with the "Best of Mas" team to help plan the perfect weekend and they completely brought the vision to life and made it all feel so special and seamless.

The villa itself was perfect for a hen party, it was spotless and smelt so fresh from the second we walked in. The beds were so comfortable (with actual duvets instead of just sheets) and the villa had everything we needed for the weekend. It felt luxurious, relaxing, and ideal for a big group celebration.

Ambra was amazing throughout the whole experience, always on hand for anything we needed and couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Both her and Francesca made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and was always there to help with any questions or requests which made the whole stay feel effortless and relaxed.

Best of Mas organized an incredible pizza party for us at the villa with a bartender, which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The breakfasts they arranged were also amazing, with delicious food and such a lovely experience each morning.

They also organized all of our transfers, including airport pick-ups and transport into town one day, and both drivers we had were so lovely and friendly.

The level of service and communication throughout was incredible, and they really helped make the hen do unforgettable. I would highly recommend Best of Mas to anyone planning a group trip or celebration, they truly went above and beyond!

We had a great 4 nights stay at this villa for our family holiday following our wedding. Kitchen was great for cooking and there was loads of space for our family of 9 adults. The host, Francesca, was also really helpful in organising us a full day winery tour, which was truly superb. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful home perfectly suited to accommodate a family gathering or multiple friend groups.

The house has 4 independent quarters which gives everyone in a group a sense of privacy while still being close to one another. All rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.

Lastly, the pool and surrounding gardens were an absolute highlight for us and just what we needed to cool off from the summer heat.

We highly recommend Irida’s place and would love to return in the future!

We had a family reunion with 11 people. Everyone was comfortable and had places to be together but also to have some time alone. We took day trips to Sienna, Florence, and Pisa. It was a lovely stay.

Soggiorno incredibile in famiglia (12 adulti). Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, lo spazio delle camere, la tranquillità e la piscina molto pulita con i mobili relax. Da consigliare vivamente, ideale anche per famiglie con bambini ancora piccoli.
