Villa Ninfea ist ein privates Ferienhaus mit Meerblick an der Küste von Sorrent: die herrliche Panoramalage bietet eine weite Aussicht über den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv.

Das zweistöckige Haus ist so angelegt, dass der Bezug zum Meer bestens zur Geltung kommt. Alle Ebenen scheinen den Ausblick geradezu einzufangen – von der Gartenterrasse unten bis zum etwas oberhalb angelegten Swimmingpool.

Urlaub im Dialog mit dem Meer
Das Erdgeschoss-Niveau befindet sich nur wenig oberhalb der Uferlinie – hier stehen eine schattige Terrasse und ein Garten für ausgedehnte Mahlzeiten, ruhige Morgenstunden und gemütliche Abende zur Verfügung, mit dem sanften Rauschen des Meeres als Hintergrundmusik. Im Garten lädt ein Whirlpool dazu ein, den Urlaubstag mit einer entspannenden Auszeit ausklingen zu lassen.
Vom oberhalb gelegenen privaten Pool öffnet sich ein weiter Horizont: Von hier aus überblickt man lange Abschnitte der Küstenlinie und die in vielen Lichtern und Farben glänzende Bucht.

Ferienhaus in einzigartiger Küstenlage
Villa Ninfea gehört zur Tenuta Partenope, einer exklusiven Anlage direkt am Meer. Sie besteht aus mehreren unabhängigen Ferienvillen, die aber so angeordnet sind, dass sie Privatsphäre gewährleisten und sich einen direkten Zugang zum Meer teilen.
Das Anwesen wurde auf dem Gelände eines historischen Sandsteinbruchs angelegt, der in der Römerzeit Material für den Bau von Neapel lieferte. Heute ist es ein Urlaubsresort mit privatem, überwachtem Eingang, was die Exklusivität der Anlage betont.

Ein kurzer Fußweg durch die Gartenanlagen führt zum Beach Club, wo Liegestühle, Pavillons und Liegeplätze mit Meerblick am Ufer zur Verfügung stehen. Zudem gibt es nur ein paar Schritte entfernt einen informellen öffentlichen Strand.
Das Dorf Seiano und ein nahegelegenes Hotel mit Spa-Einrichtungen sind beide fußläufig erreichbar, während die weitere Umgebung der Halbinsel von Sorrent und der Amalfiküste wunderschöne Ausflüge bietet.
