The owner will not make you access in the property, without security deposit to be paid and passport information shared with him. By Italian law, all the owners of any villa or apartment, has to verify Id Passport of any guest and register the informations, on a Special private area of Police department.
Please note: the tourist tax must be paid IN CASH.
HOUSE RULES
- Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture or decor.
- Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.
- Energy Saving: Please turn off all lights and the air conditioning when leaving the villa.
- Trash/Garbage: Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to empty all trash bins and take the garbage to the designated collection area.
- PETS are not allowed
As we carefully schedule each check-in to provide dedicated assistance to all our guests, we kindly ask you to arrive at the agreed time and let us know as soon as possible if your travel plans change or you expect to be delayed: as we travel to the property specifically to welcome you and introduce you to your accommodation, we kindly ask you to keep us informed of any delays or changes to your arrival time.
