The ground level invites you to relax in a private suite featuring a comfortable living and dining area with a fireplace, a quaint kitchenette, a shower room, and a double bedroom with its own fireplace and soaking hydromassage tub. Downstairs, you will find two additional double bedrooms—one with a shower bathroom and one with a hydromassage tub, alongside a charming bedroom with two twin beds, making it ideal for families.

The Main Villa serves as the vibrant social heart of the estate. On the ground floor, a grand, sun-drenched dining space features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open fully to the garden for effortless indoor-outdoor meals. On crisp evenings, a warm pellet stove sets the mood around a dining table built to host all 16 guests for long Tuscan feasts, served right from the fully equipped main kitchen.
