En el puerto de Marina della Lobra, L’Approdo es un espacio íntimo, pensado para dos, que se abre directamente al mar.

La terraza es su punto más destacado. El mar está cerca, lo suficiente para escuchar su sonido constante y sentir la brisa salina que llega suavemente. Las barcas se mueven despacio en el puerto, y la luz cambia a lo largo del día, reflejándose en el agua. La tarde cae sin prisa: una copa de vino en la mano, el cielo que se calienta y el mar que se oscurece poco a poco.

Marina della Lobra sigue siendo un lugar sencillo y auténtico, aún ligado a su propio ritmo. Los pequeños restaurantes junto al agua, los días que transcurren al paso del mar, y esa sensación de estar dentro de algo real, no construido.

Las mañanas empiezan despacio, con la luz entrando y el puerto despertando poco a poco. Durante el día, es un espacio para estar sin planes, para comer algo sencillo, leer, o simplemente parar. Y al caer la tarde, se convierte en ese momento suspendido, cuando todo se calma y el mar acompaña el paso hacia la noche.

En el interior, el espacio es abierto, con cocina, zona de estar y cama doble en un mismo ambiente. La mesa para dos está situada junto a una ventana en arco con vistas al puerto, mientras una mecedora de mimbre invita a bajar el ritmo. Los suelos de mayólica azul, inspirados en los colores del Mediterráneo, conectan el interior con lo que ocurre justo fuera.

Vera ed il Vervece enjoys an open plan setting with kitchenette, living, dining and double bed. The dining table for two sits before an arched window with lovely views and there is a wicker rocking chair for relaxing in. The beautiful azure blue floor tiles throughout, echo the waters of the Mediterranean.

The apartment has a split air conditioning system and Wifi connection.

The double doors from the apartment open onto a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and unobstructed water views.

The kitchenette has a gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and mocha coffee maker. There is an ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a roomy enclosed shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

Should you wish to explore further afield, Massa Lubrense has much to offer. There are more than 100km of marked countryside trails, wonderful restaurants and a coastline almost twenty miles long. Capri Island, Positano or Pompeii are also perfect day trips from the apartment.

The village of Marina della Lobra is an ancient fishing marina, with records dating back to when it was used as a summer residence by patricians of Ancient Rome. The harbour is as peaceful today, with fishing boats bobbing in the waves and a relaxed atmosphere. It is possible to rent a boat to reach bays and inlets that would otherwise be difficult to reach.

The apartment can be reached on foot only and is located approx. 200m from the Marina della Lobra port, which offers car parking (charges apply). As the apartment is in an elevated position, there are approx. 20 steps to reach the main entrance.
