Versteckt in einem privaten Eichenwald, nur ein paar Autominuten von San Casciano dei Bagni und der einmaligen Landschaft des Val d’Orcia entfernt, bietet das Ferienhaus Villa Berceau absolute Ruhe mitten in herrlicher Natur.
Patrizia, die Eigentümerin, hat das typische alte Bauernhaus aus dem 18. Jh. sorgfältig renoviert. Ihr „Händchen“ hat es in ein mit Sorgfalt, Geschmack und viel Liebe in ein stark von der gesamten Umgebung geprägtes Zuhause und Feriendomizil umgewandelt. Der Garten mit Rosen, Lavendel und Rosmarin trägt zum stilvollen, entspannten Ambiente bei und schafft einen perfekten Übergang zur umliegenden Natur.
Was das Urlaubsgefühl hier ausmacht, ist aber nicht nur das Szenario aus Lage und Räumlichkeiten, sondern auch die Art und Weise, wie die Gäste die Villa gemeinsam und individuell (er)leben. Sie werden von Patrizia und ihrem Küchenchef Francesco mit natürlicher, gelassener Gastlichkeit empfangen, was dem Aufenthalt von Anfang an eine persönliche Note verleiht.
Der Tag beginnt mit ofenfrischem Brot und Kuchen (schon früh am Morgen zubereitet!), die mit regionalen Produkten zum Frühstück serviert werden. Am Abend wird man sich am Tisch zusammenfinden und typische Gerichte der Saison kosten, vielleicht vor Ort zubereitet nach traditionellen Rezepten oder bei einem ungezwungenen Kochkurs.
Auch die Außenbereiche tragen zur entspannten Atmosphäre bei – der schön inmitten duftender Kräuterpflanzen gelegene Swimmingpool und die schattigen Winkel des Gartens, die zu ruhigen Momenten oder einem Aperitif zum Ausklang des Tages einladen.

The villa has 5 double bedrooms and and a Suite made of one double bedroom , a bathroom with shower and a twin bedded room .
The 5 double bedrooms are all with ensuite bathroom (5 bathrooms with shower and 1 with bathtube) and are spread over two floors and, although all different, all furnished with high quality materials :bathrooms in Italian travertine and Italian designer taps,bedlinen and curtains in italian clothes, memory mattresses and italian high design pieces of furniture.
Ground floor:dining room with direct access to the garden and fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroomwith shower, 1 Suite with queensize bed and 1 twin bedded room and bathroom with shower with direct access to the garden with outdoor relax area, 1 small bathroom.
A large staircase in handmade terracotta bricks leads to the upper floor which opens onto the living room with fireplace and onto the covered terrace overlooking the garden and the woods, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and 1 with washbasin).
If for you, breakfast is an important moment of the day, Patrizia will make it unforgettable with fruits, salami, local hams,cakes and bread kneaded and baked by her at 5 am in the morning and then served still hot and fragrant.
