The villa is part of the Tenuta Partenope, an exclusive luxury complex located in Seiano, along the picturesque Sorrento Coast, offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples
and the majestic Mount Vesuvius.
The property features four independent villas, each with a unique character and sea-facing, capable of accommodating up to 20 guests (10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms), designed to
ensure complete privacy and comfort.

The property is situated within a sandstone quarry that once provided material for the construction of the city of Naples during Roman times. The quarry is accessible exclusively
to villa guests via a tunnel monitored by caretakers.

A 1-minute walk through the property's garden leads to the beach club, which, in addition to offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples, is equipped with sunbeds, gazebos,
sea-view hot tubs, and tables and chairs that can be placed in the shallows of the beach.
A public beach is also available, easily accessible a few steps away via a small gate.

A prestigious hotel with an attached spa, equipped beach, and children's playground (services available at an additional cost) is within a 5-minute walk, leading to the Seiano marina.
